EURO ESTATES REACHES 90% OF SALES IN AN AUCTION WITH PROPERTIES OF SANTANDER TOTTA BANK

134 Properties were sold with an average rating of 35% which represented a turnover of 7 million Euros.

The auction held in Lisbon and Oporto had several properties in the city center. The after auction time period was active until the 12^th of July.

2014 LAST REAL ESTATES AUCTIONS - BANCO SANTANDER TOTTA

By the end of 2014, EURO ESTATES achieves with its last real estates auctions promoted with Banco Santander Totta in the weekend of December 20 and 21rst in Oporto and Lisbon a turnover of 5 million Euros. We presented around 128 properties from north to south of Portugal, Algarve included, and around of 80% of the full portfolio was sold with a medium average valorization of 25% over the exit price.

AUCTION LISBON PREMIUM

Last Sunday, on October 19^th, Euro Estates has performed an auction, which was called “Lisbon Premium”, composed by properties almost exclusively placed in the heart of Lisbon, very well located and with big areas. Most of these lots where located in the noble areas of Lisbon, such as Areeiro, Infante Santo, Praça de Londres, Guerra Junqueiro and S. Jorge’s Castle.

These properties belonged to a real estates’ investment society and the prices ranged between the 10.000 euros for a rustic land with 3,4 ha, and 230.000 euros for an apartment with 9 rooms in Avenida Elias Garcia.

There were more than 400 persons attending this auction at Corinthía Hotel Lisbon, with final buyers, investors and even private buyers with some financial availability who have preferred to apply part of their possessions in real estates’ assets with a potential valorization.

This operation was a full success and 100% of the properties presented have been sold with a medium average valorization of 60% over the exit price in a full budget superior to a 3 million euros. Many of these properties have exceeded more than two times their initial price, and the most expensive lot was sold by 321.000 euros.

FULL HOUSE – 4 AUCTIONS IN EIGHT DAYS

In two weekends, EuroEstates has performed 4 auctions, two in Oporto and two in Lisbon, with Portuguese banks’ real estate properties. The assets were composed by 211 properties from all over the country and have achieved a turnover of almost 10 million Euros.

The lower price was of 6.000,00 Euros for a house - V1 type - in Moura (Alentejo) with 147 m2 and the higher was of 165.000,00 Euros for a flat – T2 type with 102 m2 – in Lagos (Algarve).

Just in the weekend of 12 and 13 July, more than 80% of the properties have been sold, and reached a medium valorization in the order of 30% over the the base prices. Some of these properties have exceeded two times their initial value.

These auctions were the last ones before the summer holidays with lots of customers and the auction’s rooms full with people interested in buying and investing in Portugal.  

SIMA – FAIR REAL MADRID – 29 MAY / 1 JUNE

EuroEstates was present at “SIMA”, the Madrid Real Estate Fair, in Madrid, presenting its new auction company for the spanish market.  This new company, called - EuroEstates Subastas – is the result of our association with a spanish real estate company - Vital Real Estate – with 20 years of activity and represented throughout Spain.

PORTUGUESE REAL ESTATE SHOW IN PARIS - 13 MAY

We were, once again, present in Portugal Real Estate Show in Paris – Porte de Versailles, with a promotional space prepared to show our services. As has also been an habit, we conducted an auction that gathered rooms in Paris, Lisbon (Hotel Corintia) and Oporto (Hotel Ipanema Park).

With a turnover of almost € 2,5 million, the auction proved a success both  in terms of sales as in terms of technology, as people could participate at the same time in each of the three spaces, with image and sound in real time.

Santander Totta – 7/8 December - EUROESTATES HELD REKORD AUCTION SALES

Almost 100 properties sold, more than 90% of the total offered for sale, average ratings of 30%, with some of the properties rising over 80%, 5.5 million euros of sales, were the rekord  results obtained by EuroEstates this weekend  in Lisbon and Porto with properties owned by Banco Santander Totta.

There were many people who came to these year-end auctions, with the hope of achieving a good buy, surpassing both in number of participants (more than 500 people in the room), and in sales, the best results of the year.

These were the last auctions of the year made ??by EuroEstates which  in 2013 held about a total of 40 real estate auctions of Banking, developers and individuals.

BPI Auction - November 30

EuroEstates  on weekend of November 30 and December 1,held  an auction mixing  housing products, and some commerce and offices, totaling 109 lots, owned by Banco BPI.
Having sold about 60 properties, EuroEstates achieved a sales volume of around  € 3.5 million, reaching  valuations that exceeded 20% and in some cases reached above 40%.

With an experience of 10 years in this market, we are investing increasingly in the sale of commercial properties, providing excellent business opportunities, as the properties go to auction / sale with a value that is about 30% below market value.

The non-residential auctions are a challenge for Euro Estates, as are the properties with less demand. Yet this Sale of Commercial Real Estate exceeded expectations, with a percentage of sales of about 40%.
