We were, once again, present in Portugal Real Estate Show, with a promotional space prepared to show our services. As has also been an habit, we conducted one of the most anticipated auctions of the year during the Real Estate Fair.

Compared with the same auction last year, we can say that this year there was an increase in sales of properties of CGD in the order of 27%.

With a turnover of almost € 4 million, the auction proved more successful the work of Euro Estates.

On weekend of 4 and 5 October Euro Estates again put over 2 million Euros from Millennium’s  BCP portfolio .  We took 54 lots  and once again achieved  great results, with a percentage of sales up to 65%.

EURO ESTATES SOLD 100 PROPERTIES WORTH AROUND 6 MILLION EUROS JUST IN A WEEKEND !

Euro Estates held two national auctions of properties belonging to Banco Santander Totta this weekend in Porto and Lisbon. Despite the heat of the end-of-week, more than 500 people flocked to the hotel rooms where these auctions were held, looking for the excellent opportunities that traditionally are present in these auctions. The hammer of the auctioneer slammed by 100 times and the total value of sales was around 6 million euros. The success of these auctions, by the bidders perspective, stems from the excellent discount opportunities and best financing terms. Already on the side of the owners, and specifically in the case of banks, they value the snap liquidity and valuation achieved - in this case more than 20% on average. We highlight that types T1 and T2 were the most requested, with average increases of over 30% compared to base values.

UP TO 60% OF PROPERTY SOLD IN PARIS IN A 4 MILLION EUROS SALE

More than 90 Portuguese properties were present at an auction in Paris last May 26, where Euro Estates sold close to 60% of the portfolio's from Millennium BCP with a turnover of 4 million euros.

For the second consecutive year EuroEstates was present in this Estate and Tourism Hall in Park of Porte de Versailles, Paris, between 24 and 26 May.

In addition to being present as an exhibitor,  Euro Estates held an auction property on Sunday with properties from Millennium BCP Bank. This auction took place simultaneously in Paris, Lisbon and Porto. In each of these sites, one could bid on the same lot, with projected image and sound in three rooms. Several lots were auctioned in Paris, especially for Portuguese people based in France, who thus had access to the opportunities that usually are only accessible in the domestic market. The base bid values ??ranged from 9,000 to 300,000 euros, where 75,000 euros was the average value.

* Para terminar o ciclo de leilões na Madeira, a Euro Estates realizou um novo leilão no passado dia 12 de Maio. Desta vez, foram leiloadas 43 propriedades, desde apartamentos, moradias, terrenos, lojas a lugares de estacionamento. Os valores de saída de licitação iam dos 4.200 euros aos 233 mil euros. As propriedades pertencentes ao BES foram a leilão às 15h no Hotel Meliá Madeira Mare Resort & SPA no Funchal. Tratou-se de mais uma iniciativa pioneira nesta região e visou colocar ao alcance do mercado da Madeira as mesmas excelentes condições de aquisição que a empresa e os Bancos seus parceiros disponibilizam no Continente.

FIRST AUCTIONS IN MADEIRA

EuroEstates held the first auction of real estate on the island of Madeira, with bidding values ??from 10 to 130 000 euros, starting April 19, with properties from MillenniumBCP, on the 17h on Millenniumbcp Bank’s branch of Funchal Câmara Pestana. Followed by another auction, with properties from BPI, Montepio and Santander, which took place on Saturday, April 28 at 15h at the Hotel Melia Madeira Mare Resort & Spa and ending this cycle of auctions with properties from BES on 12 May at 15h and again at the Hotel Melia Madeira Mare Resort & Spa. It was a pioneering initiative in the region, which aimed to introduce to the market in Madeira the same excellent conditions for acquisitions that auctions provide on the Continent.

* ALGARVE E MADEIRA RECEBEM LEILÕES DE IMOVEIS DO MILLENNIUMBCP

* A Euro Estates realizou dois leilões locais, o primeiro no Algarve e o segundo na Madeira. Foram 27 imóveis do Millennium BCP com valores de licitação desde os 38.000 a 155.000€. Na sexta-feira dia 12 de Abril, em Albufeira, no Algarve e no dia 19 de Abril no Funchal, na ilha da Madeira, realizaram-se mais dois leilões de imóveis realizados pela Euro Estates, empresa líder no mercado imobiliário neste segmento de mercado. No total serão 27 os imóveis que irão a leilão com valores base de licitação com reduções na ordem dos 30% face aos valores de mercado. No dia 12 de Abril, às 17h30 na sucursal do Millennium BCP em Albufeira Belavista, irão a leilão 14 imóveis, todos do distrito de Faro, com valores de saída entre os 38.000€ e os 155.000€. Na sexta-feira, dia 19 de Abril, na sucursal do Millennium BCP do Funchal Câmara Pestana, foram a leilão duas lojas, 10 apartamentos e uma moradia. As lojas apresentavam valores de saída de 42.000€ e 46.000€ e os apartamentos entre os 45.000€ e 85.000€. A moradia V3 inicia a licitação com 155.000€.

* DOIS LEILOES DE LOJAS E ESPAÇOS COMERCIAIS

* A Euro Estates realizou no fim-de-semana de 23 e 24 de Março, outros dois grandes leilões com espaços comerciais, lojas e escritórios de norte a sul do País. Dias 23 no Hotel Ipanema Park, no Porto e 24 de Março, no Corinthia Hotel Lisbon, em Lisboa. São 79 lojas e espaços comerciais (38 da região Sul e 38 da região Norte), provenientes do banco Millennium BCP, com valores de licitação vão dos 3.000€ aos 175.000€. No Norte, os espaços comerciais a leilão apresentam valores de saída que vão dos 3.000€ aos 175.000€. No Sul, as lojas e espaços comerciais têm valores de saída que vão dos 9.500€ aos 165.000€. Estes leilões de espaços comerciais, em que a Euro Estates é pioneira, são a melhor forma de aproveitar excelentes oportunidades e muitas vezes iniciar ou ampliar um negócio com um investimento muito mais reduzido do que o habitual. O total destes quatro leilões no mês de Março (2 no segmento habitacional e 2 no comercial) representaram um volume de cerca de 4,5 milhões de euros em vendas.

* EURO ESTATES LEILOA MAIS 89 IMOVEIS NO SEGMENTO DA HABITAÇÃO

* No fim de semana de 16 e 17 de Março, foram a leilão mais 89 imoveis (46 na Grande Lisboa e 43 no Porto), cujos valores de licitação vão dos 19 mil aos 120 mil euros, na zona norte e na zona sul desde os 23 mil aos 100 mil euros, provenientes do Millennium BCP.

Foram vários os oradores convidados, nomeadamente Rui Semedo, por parte do Banco Popular, Rodrigo Lourenço, partner da PWC, José Luis Suarez, consultor e professor da IESE. Esta foi uma das iniciativas que a Euro Estates está a empreender no ano em que comemora os seus 10 anos de actividade comercial.

* CERCA DE 5,5 MILHOES DE EUROS EM MAIS DE 100 IMOVEIS VENDIDOS NUM ÚNICO FIM-DE-SEMANA

* Dos 157 imóveis a nível nacional do Santander Totta, que foram a leilão em Lisboa e no Porto no fim-de-semana de 23 e 24 de Fevereiro, a Euro Estates vendeu mais de 100 num total de vendas de cerca de 5,5 milhões de euros. O primeiro leilão decorreu sábado à tarde no Porto com imóveis do Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos e dos distritos de Aveiro, Braga, Viana do Castelo e Coimbra. O segundo que aconteceu no domingo, na capital foram leiloados imóveis de Lisboa, Amadora, Sintra, Cascais e dos distritos de Setúbal, Santarém, Leiria, Castelo Branco e Faro.
